Connectivity for your prefixes

Reach the internet from Taiwan over a network that peers locally, so traffic to Taiwanese users doesn't detour abroad. Commit and burst rates are agreed up front, so the invoice holds no surprises.

Cloudbase Network Corp. Ltd. (禾禾雲數位有限公司) is a limited company registered under Taiwanese company law, with a tax ID, a registered address and a named responsible person. We sign contracts and NDAs and issue compliant invoices.

AS152626 and AS213430 are assigned by APNIC and held by the company. We are not reselling someone else's portal account, so routing changes happen on our own routers rather than in a ticket queue at another provider.

What is Cloudbase?
Cloudbase is the trading name of Cloudbase Network Corp. Ltd. (禾禾雲數位有限公司), a network operator registered in Taiwan. It runs AS152626 and AS213430 and provides IP transit, colocation in Taipei, cloud hosting and managed network services, mainly to startups, e-commerce, gaming and SME customers in Taiwan and the wider Asia Pacific region.
Can you work with a company based outside Taiwan?
Yes. Overseas companies regularly use us for a Taiwan presence — colocation, transit or a local instance — without setting up a Taiwanese entity. Contracts and correspondence can be in English, and invoices are issued in New Taiwan dollars.
Do you peer? What is your peering policy?
Our policy is open. We peer at STUIX and TPIX-TW in Taipei, including over route servers, with no ratio or contract requirement. Send a request to noc@cloudbase.tw with your ASN and IRR as-set, or find us on PeeringDB as net/40307 (AS152626) and net/38542 (AS213430).
Do you support RPKI and IRR filtering?
Yes. We publish RPKI ROAs for all address space we announce and maintain IRR objects under AS213430:AS-CLOUDBASE-1 in the RIPE database. Customer prefixes are filtered against IRR and RPKI before acceptance, and we expect the same of our peers.
Can I bring my own IP addresses or ASN?
Yes. BYOIP and bring-your-own-ASN are supported, including announcement management, ROA publication and IRR maintenance. If you don't yet hold your own resources, we can help with the APNIC or TWNIC application.
What happens when something breaks at 3am?
Network incidents are handled 24/7 and you reach an engineer directly rather than a first-line queue. We also monitor proactively, so in many cases we detect and begin work on an issue before the customer notices. Commercial questions are answered during business hours, UTC+8.
How is this different from a hyperscaler?
Hyperscalers win on breadth of managed services and global regions. We win on predictable egress pricing, lower latency to Taiwanese users, and reaching the person who configured your service. If your workload mainly serves Taiwan and bandwidth cost is the pain point, moving usually pays off. If you need many regions or a deep PaaS ecosystem, stay where you are.
How can I verify what this page claims?
